The app is currently available on both iOS and Android platforms for new and existing Toyota customers.
The salient features of the app include navigation, vehicle maintenance, and emergency service. The navigation section supplies the customer with an assortment of 3D offline maps that come with options like voice guidance, dedicated operator service, enlarged views, the works. The vehicle maintenance section takes care of service reminders, appointments, logs, and convenient methods of e-payment. The emergency service imparts everything from simple DIY (Do It Yourself) fixes to GPS-assisted roadside assistance.
The app is a fully-integrated, cloud-based connected service platform that is supported by a dedicated and specialised call centre. With this foray into the digital side of things, Toyota hope to impart the most convenient of solutions for their customers; making the task of owning a Toyota a hassle-free experience.
