Another day, another mobile app, and this time its Volkswagen who have decided to dip their toes in the river of this particular trend. Ahead of the car’s launch, VW want to ensure that no one looking for information about the Ameo is left wanting. To do so they have chosen to launch an Android only app which is available for download on the Google Play Store, with an iOS version to follow soon.
The app does many things, including providing individual specs of each available variant of the Ameo, a gallery section that allows potential buyers to explore the car visually from inside and out, and even carries some video content. You can explore all the colour options available, locate and contact dealerships, contact the manufacturer and even pre-book the car.
The Ameo is the highly anticipated compact sedan offering from VWs stable in India, and VW are set to launch the car on the 25th of May 2016.
