The hypercar specialists at Koenigsegg sure know how to throw a party.

To celebrated their 10th birthday and their 100th production car, the Swedish company recently took the wraps off the Hundra at the Geneva Motor Show, “Hundra” meaning “hundred” in Swedish.

Essentially an upmarket version of the Agera S, the Hundra is made entirely out of carbon fiber and 24-carat gold leaf. Yessir, you heard it right, gold leaf! Apparently, crafting it was so laborious that Koenigsegg had to start building this one car in September 2012 to get it to Geneva on time, according to reports. Koenigsegg didn’t say whether the Hundra received any mechanical enhancements, but the stock Agera S’ 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, which makes somewhere north of 1,000 PS, must be more than enough for the moneyed speed connoisseur who forked out a whopping $1.6 million for it already. We mortals can only dream.
