AR_Gloria_web1Alfa Romeo are known for creating some of the most exquisite creations on four-wheels.

Now, in a joint effort between the company and one of their design students, the brand has come out with the Gloria concept. Stated to be a mere styling exercise according to head of Fiat design Lorenzo Ramaciotti, the concept will be displayed at the upcoming Geneva motor show, at the European Design Institute stall.

The Gloria concept embodies the same DNA of both past and present Alfa Romeos, sharp lines, luscious curves and that oh so Italian attitude. This four-door sedan-styled concept strikes a perfect balance between sportiness and family-car attributes, Officials have also revealed that Gloria might house either a V6 or V8 bi-turbo engine. Speaking to the press, Lorenzo Ramaciotti said, “During development, we commented, discussed and guided the projects in order to get the most from their spontaneous expressions of creativity. The result was stimulating and marked by professional and creative excellence.” The Alfa Romeo Gloria concept is surely another great Italian beauty in the making. Pity it will remain only a concept for the forseeable future.
