Look out McLaren P1s, La Ferraris and Lamborghinis there is a beast on the prowl on the streets of Milan, Italy.

German carmakers, Porsche’s latest eye-candy, the 918 Spyder, which has been rumored to be unveiled in production form at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show scheduled in September, was recently spotted in the Turin country. Draped in the iconic Martini Racing livery, the 918 Spyder prototype was videotaped while wandering the streets of Milan. The video also shows a few interior shots and gives us another chance to hear that V8 engine roar.

This hybrid super-car which created waves of excitement in the automotive community when revealed initially, will be powered by a 4.6-liter V8 mill paired with two electric motors, thus the term hybrid supercar. And that’s not all, if rumor mills are to be believed, the 918 Spyder could produce a monstrous 880+ PS under its hood. Although official sources at the Stuttgart-based brand haven’t confirmed anything yet, you can have a sneak-peek of the next-gen Porsche revving it up, here.
