Audi have gone one step further towards customer focus, the Audi Mobile Terminal, in the latest consumer-focused initiatives.
The Audi Mobile Terminal is a fully-functional mobile showroom, designed to provide customers the full Audi experience, be it in metros or lower-tier markets. This mobile showroom will have a car on display, accessories, and a lounge, and can be made available at one’s doorstep. Apart from displaying the car and accessories, the mobile showroom will act as a hub for test drives, enabling customers to easily connect with Audi dealers.
The Audi Mobile Terminal will visit more than 30 cities over the next year and will target around 2,000 customers across India.
Commenting on the occasion, Joe King, Head, Audi India said, “Audi has already established itself as the luxury choice for young achievers, with its progressive design, advanced engineering and innovative customer engagement approach. Taking this a step higher is yet another first in the form of the Audi Mobile Terminal, which brings the showroom right to the customer’s doorstep, especially in tier II and tier III cities in India, where the emergence of a progressive and discerning set of customers, is significantly contributing to the transformation of the luxury landscape in India. This is where the next phase of growth will come from and we are now future-ready.”
