French automaker Renault will soon be pulling the wraps off a new concept electric car developed with special emphasis on strong performance and muscular styling.
The new car will be unveiled at the company’s plant in Valladolid, Spain, later this week. Renault has not disclosed any details about the new car, but did mention that the concept would be an electric car inspired by Formula One. The company also released a teaser photo that did not give any hints about the design of the concept.
According to an official press release from Renault, the prototype vehicle would feature muscular styling and impressive performance credentials and would provide a bridge between the world of Formula 1 and electric vehicles, and would be “a concept car that will make a lot of noise… but, in total silence”.
The new concept car will be revealed on April 25, so look out for the first official photos as well as more details on what is set to be another creation under the Renault Sport umbrella. Watch this space!
