Rolls-Royce have revealed yet another masterpiece from their stable, the RR Ghost Alpine Trial Centenary edition.
Although the Ghost SE has been taken off wraps by Rolls-Royce only on the Internet, official sources have stated that they will be debuting the car shortly at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show. Aptly named as the Alpine Trial Centenary edition, this SE from the Spirit of Ecstasy brand celebrates the glorious past of the brands entry in the 1913 Alpine Trials.
Based on the DNA of the famous James Radley’s Silver Ghost which took part in the historic 1820 mile (2929 km) long event, it blends the perfect picture of old-world charm with state of the art technology. The interior sports the badging of the famed Alpine route all over the dash, a new style of veneer and that typical Rolls clock has been modified with semicircles that denote the length of each stage of the original rally. Rolls-Royce have outdone themselves once again!
