Lamborghini stunned the world when they showcased the Urus at the Beijing motor show last year and now Audi head Rupert Stadler has confirmed that the Urus will go into production at a recently held press conference. The Urus will be signed off this year and production will start in mid-2016 and deliveries will begin in early 2017.
The Urus will be based on VW group’s new MLB platform which now makes use of many lightweight materials to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle. We expect Lamborghini to make subtle changes to the Urus when it enters production however, it will still continue to look stunning and breathtaking.
