Since its launch in August 2000, the Bolero has evolved significantly, incorporating various features and improved aesthetics. The recently launched ‘New Bolero’ is powered by a new m2DiCR engine claimed to offer better driveability and fuel efficiency. It also incorporates new technology features like Advanced Digital Display with Driver Information System (DIS) and a digital Engine Immobilizer, all-new dashboard, new wood-finish central console, and all-new seats and upholstery. The Bolero brand is quite popular in the online space, with the Bolero community on Facebook currently comprising over 8 lakh members. The YouTube channel of the brand has received more than 2 million views. The Bolero has also been associated with cricketers Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa, both of whom own Boleros.
