MG have launched the My MG App that is dedicated to vehicle ownership. This tool is aimed at making their customers’ lives easier and also ties in with the brand’s tech-forward approach in the country.
The My MG App comes with a variety of features including the popular hits like service reminders and vehicle wellness information. It has also simplified the process to connect car and phone by eliminating the pesky VIN requirement and has gone for a cell number-based registration process instead. The app allows you a “look and feel experience” for the model you are interested in buying, then allows you to book the car you like too. For the new ZS EV, you can follow the journey of your car from booking to production to final delivery.

Away from the booking and buying aspect, the app offers warranty coverage information, details for Protect plans and even a digital manual so that you can look up details about your car without diving for the glovebox every time you need to find something out. Apart from service reminders, you can also book your service, schedule pick-up and drop, get a service cost estimate, connect with the service advisor, live-track your service, pay for it, get the invoice and even check your service history including all costs incurred and even share feedback on the service, vehicle delivery or any part of the MG ownership experience. The MY MG App also allows you have access to chat, call or e-mail connectivity to the MG Pulse Hub, the ability to use voice Commands to control app features, find the nearest MG Dealer and pull up navigation to guide you to it, one-tap roadside assistance and more.
