Kapila Perrera has been appointed as Head of After Sales at Porsche India with immediate effect. In his new role, Perrera reports to the organization’s Director Anil Reddi.
His responsibilities cover the entire spectrum of After Sales – related tasks, ensuring customers enjoy an unparalleled Porsche ownership experience. They include building up the technical expertise of qualified After Sales personnel through regular training offers, management of a sufficient spare parts stock and related logistics, as well as supervising the entire warranty process across the nation.
