SWEDISH AUTOMOTIVE GIANT VOLVO RECENTLY revealed their 2013 V40 line-up, which will make its public début at the forthcoming Paris Motor Show.
The V40 line-up includes the regular V40, V40 Cross Country and V40 R-Design.
Volvo have equipped the standard V40 and the R-Design with 115-PS diesel and 245-PS petrol motors. The Cross Country, on the other transmission options. The Cross Country also gets higher ground clearance, new wheels, revised front, rear bumpers and roof-rails.
Volvo’s racing department has tuned the suspension of the R-Design, stiffening the shock-absorbers and lowering the overall chassis by a good 10 mm for a sporty ride. The styling has also been upgraded with an aggressive new body kit. Euro NCAP have tagged the V40 as the safest car ever tested by them.
