Bentley dealer Exclusive Motors Pvt Ltd recently launched the new Bentley Continental GT Speed, claimed to be the world’s fastest four-seater sportscar.
The new Continental GT Speed has a peak power output of 625 PS and peak torque of 800 Nm. The W12 engine uses twin turbochargers that power all four wheels through a central Torson differential. The car accelerates from 0-96 kph in 4.0 seconds on the way to a top speed of 329.9 kph by using the eight-speed close-ratio transmission. The car is also claimed to create lower emissions and 13% higher fuel economy than the previous model.
External highlights include 21” wheels, lowered suspension, front bumper intakes, and a darkened grille. On the inside, the car has a touchscreen infotainment system with digital radio (where available) and a 30 GB hard drive with 15 GB storage for music and the rest for mapping data. Features of the mapping system include point of interest mapping, optional satellite landscape imagery, and live traffic data.
