If the adrenaline pumping, heart-stopping action of the Fast and the Furious series is something you’ve enjoyed in the past, then boy have we got news for you.
The Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, a heavily modified car driven by the late Paul Walker, in the fourth part of the movie series, is now on auction.
The R34 is one of the nine cars used in the movie, but what makes this Skyline so special, is that all the other cars were stunt cars mounted on a VW chassis with plastic bodies, this was the only actual Skyline.
Powering this customized beast is a 2.6 litre, twin-turbo straight-six engine, churning out 550 PS. The power can also shoot up to 1200 PS after software modification. Apart from the brute power, the GT-R R34 sports a custom roll cage, VW racing wheels, Rotora big brake conversion, Momo Alcantara steering wheel, custom head up display and Nismo (Nissan’s performance division) – pedals, bumper, side skirts, lowered springs and exhausts.
The Skyline GT-R R34 is estimated to sell for at least £600,000 (Rs 6 crore) which has the potential of going higher since the car has only done 6,000 km. So, dust off those chequebooks and practise your bidding skills. For more details check out the original listing.
