The new Renault Triber 2021 has been introduced as the refreshed version of their popular and versatile MPV starting from Rs 5.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Renault Triber is among the most versatile compact cars on sale and among a select few with up to seven seats and an automatic transmission. The new Triber 2021 continues to offer its unique combination of immense flexibility, good ride quality, and a frugal engine together with modern connectivity and convenience features.
Among these new features are steering wheel-mounted audio and phone controls, a height-adjustable driver seat, LED turn-indicators on the wing mirrors and, for the first time, a dual-tone exterior paint finish across all colour options. A new body colour, Cedar Brown, has also been added.
Inside, the touchscreen infotainment is intact. The split gloveboxes make for an upper unit and cooled lower unit, with a cooled storage unit in the centre console as well. Powering the Triber 2021 is the tried-and-tested 1.0-litre “Energy” three-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine with 72 hp and 96 Nm, which is paired to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed Easy-R AMT automated transmission.
The new Renault Triber 2021 is priced at Rs 5.30 lakh for the entry RXE and going up to Rs 7.82 lakh for the new top-of-the-line dual-tone RXZ Easy-R AMT (both ex-showroom). The new dual-tone exterior paint finish is available with both the RXZ variants.
The Renault Triber 2021 may be conveniently booked, online at https://renault.co.in or on the My Renault App apart from a Renault authorized dealership, by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000. The Triber 2021 will also be listed on the CSC Grameen eStore and made available to the potential customers in hinterlands through aspirational Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), in line with Renault India’s new initiative.
