Existing Ciaz customers are invited to join the premium experience at Nexa.
From April 1 Maruti Suzuki’s successful midsize sedan, the Ciaz, will no longer be sold at the regular Maruti Suzuki dealerships. The Ciaz has been promoted, and will now only be available through the company’s premium Nexa showrooms, giving prospective buyers the added exclusivity of what Maruti Suzuki are calling the ‘Nexa Experience’.
Ciaz customers can now look forward to jamming to tunes at the Nexa Music Lounge, plan road trips with Nexa Journeys and get access to fashion shows, style tips and designer workshops with Nexa Lifestyle and avail of unmatched service from the attentive relationship managers at Nexa.
This premium retail channel for Maruti Suzuki products was launched in 2015 to offer upmarket customers a special experience. R L Kalsi, Executive Director (Marketing and Sales) at Maruti Suzuki said, “Today, Nexa has established itself as a successful model with over 200,000 cars being delivered in less than two years of launch. Ciaz at Nexa gives us the confidence to do even better and strengthen the brand Maruti Suzuki. Through this move, we will be able to offer the Nexa experience to new customers. At the same time, Ciaz will help us achieve our sustained long term goal of 20 per cent sales through Nexa.”
