For those excited at the prospect of a big SUV sporting a roaring cat on the bonnet, the F-Pace launch is just around the corner. In anticipation of its launch on the 20th of October 2016, JLR India have given us some insight on how much Jaguar’s first ever performance SUV will set the average Indian back, and the price spans from Rs 68.40 lakh to Rs 1.12 crore (ex-Delhi) depending on the engine spec and variant. Engine options include a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-diesel churning out 180 PS and a 300 PS producing 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel. Both engines are mated to an eight-speed auto ‘box. The F-Pace is packed with tech like torque vectoring and adaptive dynamics borrowed from the F-Type, a light-weight aluminium architecture, a 10.2-inch infotainment among other things.
Speaking about the announcement, Rohit Suri, President, Jaguar Land Rover India said, “The launch of F-PACE in India on 20th October 2016 marks a significant milestone in the expansion of Jaguar’s product offering in India.
