Have you wondered how many cars were sold in the past month? Well, we bring you a sales insight. The chart is dominated by a single manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki.
Seven out of the 10 spots were claimed by Maruti Suzuki. According to the figures, the most popular car is the Dzire; boasting of a sales figure of 24,365 units. The Dzire is followed by the Alto (21,890 units), Baleno (19,398 units), Swift (19,208 units), Wagon R (15,974 units), and the Vitara Brezza (15,629 units).
In seventh place, Korean giant, Hyundai, made their entry, courtesy 11,004 units of the Creta. Eighth and ninth place were taken by the Grand i10 (10,939 units) and the Elite i20 (10,664).
The final spot on the list went to the humble Maruti Suzuki Celerio which managed to find 10,160 takers.
