Tata Motors have announced a nationwide Mega Service Camp for their passenger vehicles.
Tata Motors are offering a comprehensive 40-point vehicle check-up and a host of other services at attractive prices. This Camp will begin on November 11 and last until the 17th across 527 dealerships across the country.
When asked about this move, Dinesh Bhasin, Head – Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Unit, said, “We will continue to offer best value to customers in terms of total cost ownership experience.”
Tata Motors have promised that there will be a 10% discount on value-added services and original accessories in addition to a 20% discount on Tata Motors original parts and labour charges. Benefits of up to Rs 1,000 on batteries are also up for grabs at the Service Camp. Insurance renewal discounts and attractive deals on Roadside Assistance Policy are also on the table. This initiative by Tata Motors complements the monsoon service and nationwide quarterly service camps they conducted in the past. With new service programmes like Speed-O-Service, and increased usage of technology like the Service App, V-Tabs and the body-repair estimation tool – Audatex, Tata aim to deliver vehicles within 90 minutes. Tata Motors have improved on factors like service initiation, service advisor, service facility, vehicle pick-up, and service quality making them one of the most customer-friendly companies in the market right now.
