Korean automobile manufacturers, SsangYong have big plans for the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The brand – who are associated with Mahindra and Mahindra in a JV – will be seen showcasing a radical new SUV concept at Geneva. The SIV-1 (Smart Interface Vehicle) is a multi interface mid-premium CUV (crossover utility vehicle) concept that defines the brand’s new design philosophy according to the company officials. The SIV-1 features a Mobile Auto System and four independent bucket seats within a bold and dynamic exterior design which is catered to optimise safety and driving comfort.
Although the technical aspects of the SIV-1 have not yet been revealed, SsangYong have just released a couple of teaser images of the concept and the SIV-1 does look good on the exterior. Officials have not yet commented on whether this concept will go into production, but is sure seems feasible in the not too distant future. Mahindra and Mahindra, are you listening?
