ŠKODA Auto India has launched the new Rapid Prestige limited edition at a price of Rs 8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) with new features such as navigation, parking sensors, wind visors, and textile floor mats.
The Rapid Prestige edition will sport distinctive Prestige badging on the sides and will be powered by the 1.6 TDI diesel engine with manual transmission, offering peak power of 105 PS at 4,400 RPM and peak torque of 250Nm at 1,500–2,500 RPM.
The company believes that the Rapid’s combination of design, space, safety equipment, and technology is perfectly suited to the Indian market, and that the new features in the limited-edition Rapid Prestige would make the car an even more desirable purchase. The car will be on sale for a limited period only.
