Maserati have opened their first official showroom in Mumbai – Petal Maserati.
Having rolled into India recently, Maserati have opened a new showroom in Mumbai, Petal Maserati, at the Taj Santacruz, Domestic Terminal 1B, CSI Airport. With an investment of US $ 2 million (Rs 13 crore), the new showroom will cater to the entire west region of India with full-fledged sales, service and spares for all the models on sale.
Petal Maserati brings the total number of dealership of the Italian Trident to three, following Delhi and Bengaluru. At present, Maserati offer the Ghibli and Quattroporte sport-luxury saloons, the GranTurismo grand-touring coupé and the GranCabrio luxury sport-touring convertible in India. Prices start from Rs 1.1 crore (ex-showroom). The new Levante, Maserati’s first-ever SUV, will arrive following its global roll-out.
Speaking on the occasion, Bojan Jankulovski, Head of Operations for India, said, “With over 100 years of Italian lineage and heritage, Maserati is synonymous with luxury. We believe that the Western market with its cosmopolitan and contemporary audience provides a tremendous opportunity for an exclusive brand like ours, and Mumbai, in particular, is already home to some of the most renowned luxury names in the world. The location of the dealership, at the luxurious Taj Santacruz, too, was chosen with the DNA of Maserati in mind.
