The facelifted Mercedes A-Class has been launched in India from Rs 24.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new Mercedes-Benz A-Class brings in new badging and that exciting new shade of green. The A 180 Sport continues as before, with the 122-PS 1.6-litre turbo-four petrol engine, while the rechristened A 200 d Sport also continues with the 136-PS 2.2-litre turbo-diesel four-pot that was introduced recently, while dropping the ‘CDI’ badge in favour of the ‘d’ in tune with their global nomenclature revamp.
The new A-Class features revised styling, highlighted by the LED-signature headlamps, LED tail-lamps and fresher lines, with the equipment list getting Mercedes-Benz Apps, Dynamic Select with four drive modes and a panoramic sunroof, among other revisions. The new shade of Elbaite Green is joined by Cosmos Black, Polar Silver, Jupiter Red, and Cirrus White.
The A 180 Sport has been priced at Rs 24.95 lakh, and the A 200 d Sport at Rs 25.95 lakh, both ex-showroom, and are available to order at dealerships around the country.
