Audi’s high-performance four-door coupé has been given a bit of a revamp, and has just been launched in this new avatar. Powered by the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that produces a mammoth 560 PS and 700 Nm of torque. The RS 7 still sports that signature S-tronic auto-box and quattro all-wheel drive as well.
The primary differences then are mostly aesthetic ones. The grille at front-end has been reworked into a single hexagonal piece, and Audi have introduced their Matrix LED headlamps to this new RS 7 as well. The car’s exhaust tips have also been redesigned to give the rear end some freshness.
The RS 7 has been given a tech-upgrade as well, as it now sports suspension options including not just the default spring-based sports shocks, but an air suspension system as well. Furthermore, the RS 7 now also sports cylinder-on-demand which helps keep that 4.0-litre V8 honest – reducing emissions and improving efficiency.
Price wise, the new RS 7 carries a tag of Rs 1.4 crore ex-showroom Delhi and is now available to order.
