We all know Margot Robbie as the gorgeous and brilliantly talented actor who set screens on fire in the Wolf of Wall Street and Suicide Squad to name but two films. Well, now, IMDb can make a new addition to her page because she features in a new “mini-movie” for Nissan Electric. Nissan used this video clip to announce Robbie, who played the object of every DC nerd’s fantasy – Harley Quinn to great acclaim in the recently launched Suicide Squad, as their new brand ambassador for their Electric Vehicle (EV) vertical.
In the clip, Robbie is seen drifting Nissan’s BladeGlider electric sports car around Monaco’s legendary Fairmont hairpin before duking it out against another BladeGlider through the remainder of this epic street circuit in the middle of the night. Speaking regarding the global EV space, Robbie said, “It’s a really exciting time for electric vehicles. More people are choosing to go electric, leading the way to a more sustainable future and the Nissan BladeGlider hints at the future of smarter performance cars.”
Nissan’s move to hire Robbie as the face of their EV portfolio is one we commend. Because, if nothing else, it allows us to legitimately download pictures of Margot Robbie at office!
