Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) recently launched their much talked about global SUV, the XUV500 (pronounced ‘five double o’) at a glittering function held in Pune.
This is the first offering from M&M to have a monocoque chassis and features that are normally seen in high-end cars only. The list includes automatic headlamps, automatic wipers, ABS, six airbags, ESP, a six-inch infotainment screen with an integrated navigation system and much more.
The XUV500 is equipped with a 2.2-litre mHawk engine and is available in W6 and W8 – priced at Rs 12.40 lakh and Rs 14.78 lakh (OTR, Pune) respectively.
