The new 3 Series sedan is finally here.
BMW launched the new 3 Series in India, at a price ranging from 35.9 lakh to 44.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new 3 Series sports a refreshed design which features a sculpted long bonnet, redesigned front and rear bumpers, twin LED head lamps and fog lamps, LED indicators and taillamps and new paint schemes. On the inside, the new 3 Series gets electronically adjustable driver and passenger seats. The new ambient light colours, chrome highlights and high gloss surfaces give it a classy look.
But what really is strikingly different is the M Sport Trim, which is equipped with the M aerodynamic package, M leather steering wheel, sport seats, Driving Experience Control switch with Sport+ mode. The 320d M Sport also gets the BMW Navigation System Professional and the BMW Head-Up Display.
The 3 Series is powered by the BMW TwinPower turbo diesel engine, producing 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 320d clocks the 0 – 100 km sprint in 7.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 230 km/hr.
