After launching their latest offering, the Vanquish, in the international market, Aston Marin recently launched this beautiful car in India at a price of Rs 3.5 crore (ex-showroom).
Its price makes the Vanquish the second most expensive Aston in India, the most expensive car being the One-77. The Vanquish boasts of breathtaking exterior and interior along with a mammoth naturally aspirated 6.0-litre V12 petrol powerhouse. The power output is 573 PS, which is delivered to the wheels via a new six-speed auto transmission.
In a statement to the press, Lalit Choudhary, Director, Performance Cars, the official importer of Aston Martin in India, said, “The initial belief was that we would sell a lot of entry-level cars like the Vantage and a few high-end variants, but it has turned out to be the other way round. Cars retailing at upwards of Rs 2.5-3 crore account for 80 per cent of the 40-odd cars we have sold so far.”
