Bring on the explosions and the slam-dunk-crunch of metal! Michael Bay has confirmed his star-cast for the next installment of Transformers.
In order to refresh the franchise, he’s using a lot of other cool cars instead of the mainly GM models used so far. What’s even more exciting is the news of a Lamborghini Aventador, a Buggati Veyron, a 1969 Chevy Camaro and a mean-green Corvette Stingray joining the cast, and who can forget the Optimus Prime truck.
Official sources who will be a core part of the Transformers 4 movie have told a popular entertainment website that director Michael Bay has, over the weekend, released pictures of his new cast of boy-toys, although apart from the characters of Optimus Prime (truck) and Bumble Bee (1969 Camaro) everything else has been kept under wraps. Movie buffs and the franchise’s loyalists will easily associate the Lamborghini Aventador to the character Breakdown.
