Subaru has announced it will debut the WRX Concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
First shown at the New York Auto Show earlier this year, the concept hinting at the design of the next-generation WRX will debut in Europe September 10, the day when the Frankfurt Motor Show is opened to the motoring press.
On the Subaru stand, alongside the WRX Concept will be the VIZIV Concept, touted as the company’s “future design direction and vision for technological innovation”.
Details about the WRX Concept are yet to be revealed; Subaru says the vehicle features “trademark design cues including a pronounced bulge on the bonnet – accompanied by the classic WRX bonnet scoop – which provides clearance for a turbocharged engine and intercooler, while also aiding engine cooling.” We can’t wait!
