Chevrolet Trax to be showcased at the Paris Motor Show
GENERAL MOTORS WILL SHOWCASE their latest compact SUV, the Chevrolet Trax, at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, scheduled to get under way towards the end of this month.
According to Chevrolet, the Trax has a seating capacity of five and a boot space of over 300 litres. The engine options include turbo 1.4- and 1.6-litre petrol mills and a 1.7-litre turbo-charged diesel.
The 1.4- and 1.7-litre engines will come with an option of a six-speed manual or automatic transmission with all-wheel drive capability. The 1.6-litre engine, on the other hand, will come equipped with only a five-speed manual transmission. Chevrolet may launch the Trax in India to tap the growing compact SUV market in the country.
