The BMW M4 CS is now available in India at Rs 1.89 crore (ex-showroom) as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) and can be booked through any BMW dealership.

BMW M4 CS - 1

The BMW M4 CS is the first CS model to be launched in India. It is the most powerful and the fastest series-produced M4 currently available and will be completely exclusive because of the limited production run. The weight has also been reduced by 20 kg compared to the BMW M4 Competition Coupé with M xDrive. The three-litre, twin-turbocharged, in-line, six-cylinder engine has been tuned up to a maximum output of 550 hp (20 hp more than the M4 Competition Coupé with M xDrive) and 650 Nm of torque and this means that it can do the famed 20.832-km -long Nürburgring in 7:21.989 minutes. It is also capable of going from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, with a top speed of 302 km/h and has a 7,200-rpm redline.

BMW M4 CS - 2

Numerous components in the BMW M4 CS are made of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP). The frameless kidney grille, the ‘M4 CS’ badging and the redesigned LED headlights all emphasize the motor racing pedigree. It uses M compound brakes with the calipers painted in red while the M Carbon ceramic brakes are optional.

The motor racing allure continues on the inside as well with the entire centre console being made of CFRP with an attractive carbon-fibre structuring and red CS lettering. The steering wheel has been given the M Alcantara treatment and there are CFRP paddles shifters as well. It also gets M seat belts with contrast stitching in the BMW M Gmbh colours, interior trim strips in carbon-fibre and door sill plates with an “M4 CS” inscription.

The all-new BMW M4 CS has Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Automatic Stability Control (ASC), M Dynamic Mode (MDM), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), Dry Braking Function and Active M Differential for safety of the passengers.

With a whole new list of features, the much awaited all-new BMW M4 CS is finally here. What do you think?
