Audi are well known for their connection with motion pictures and superheroes, joining the German car makers bandwagon is the Hugh Jackman starer – The Wolverine.
The superhero flick which had its premiere in London yesterday saw its star studded line-up grace the red carpet with both of Audi’s flagship supercars – the Audi R8 V10 Coupé and the R8 V10 Spyder.
The movie sees Hugh Jackman re-entering his Wolverine avatar from the X-Men franchise, doing what he does best: beating up the baddies. Set in Japan the action-packed picture provides high-octane entertainment to fuel movie buffs. The movie shows our hero Wolverine getting chauffeured around Tokyo in an Audi R8 Spyder. The motion picture also showcases Audi’s luxury saloon, the A8L and Ducati’s power cruiser, the Diavel.
The Wolverine is set to hit theatres across the UK on July 25th, while its US debut is scheduled just a day later.
