The Audi group have confirmed as many as 20 new models and revisions for 2016 starting with the all-new Q2 and new SQ7 TDI.
The new Q2, shown at the Geneva Motor Show, represents the smallest crossover from the quad-ring brand. It will sit below the Q3 in the range, with dimensions that allow enough passenger and cargo room, while still making it compact and car-like to drive. A length of 4,190 mm, width of 1,790 mm, height of 1,510 mm and a wheelbase of 2,600 mm lend it with appreciable proportions.
The engine line-up consists of five powertrains from a 1.0 TFSI three-cylinder turbo-petrol with 116 PS, 175 Nm and front-wheel drive to a 2.0 TDI with 190 PS, 400 Nm and quattro all-wheel-drive. A six-speed manual or seven-speed S tronic automatic transmissions are available.
