Nissan have launched the 2017 update to their popular SUV the Terrano, claiming the new SUV is ‘Smarter’ and ‘Bolder’ than before.
Nissan have launched the updated Terrano today. The updated Terrano SUV gets 22 new features over its predecessor. Some of the new updates include the addition of cruise control, ABS with EBD and BA on the XL trim levels with the AMT variant getting Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) and Hill Start Assist . The other features include a new dual-tone interior finish, electric ORVM, a new 7.0-inch touchscreen system, steering-mounted controls and keyless entry. The price for the updated Nissan Terrano starts at 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Under the hood the Terrano packs the familiar 1.6-litre petrol engine developing 104 PS mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, the 1.5-litre turbo-diesel motor is available with either 85 PS or 110 PS, is paired to a five-speed or a six-speed manual gearbox respectively. There is also the option of a six-speed automatic variant the Terrano AMT available with the 110-PS version.
