Home / Home / There’s a stretch – a Duster Limousine

Duster_Limo_2We can’t be sure if they’re serious at this point, but Dacia, the company that originally made the Duster, have showcased a stretched version of their best-selling compact crossover.

It was created by a bunch of 23 engineering students as a project for their Masters degree. Dacia say that it is intended for those who “want to work and travel comfortably at the same time”. The Duster limousine is equipped with all the items needed to be a true mobile office.

The Duster Limousine is based on the 105 PS 1.6-litre petrol. The original car was sawn in half and presented with a generous helping of sheet metal; resulting in a total length of over 5.8 metres. To top it all off, it was finished in matte black. On the inside, the seating is comprised of four Captain’s chairs and complemented by a television and an Android tablet.

Of course, it is doubtful that this Romanian limousine will go into production, but it is quite an interesting concept.
