Nissan started the Nissan Student Brand Managers (NSBM) project a few years ago. The third season of the NSBM programme attracted a whopping 2,467 registrations from 590 colleges across 25 Indian cities and, fi nally, only 19 of them were selected for the job. This year the programme received an overwhelming response from all centres – Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.

The entries were judged on several parameters, including uniqueness of the idea, relevance to the automobile industry, clarity in communication of ideas, innovative thinking and feasibility while executing the ideas. The range of activities for the NSBMs this year will vary from creating unique events of their own to arousing curiosity about the Nissan brand among the student community. Congratulations to all the 19 student brand managers of Nissan.
