BMW have launched the new diesel variants of the new 6 GT in India. The new diesel GT will be available in two trim levels, and prices starting at Rs 66.50 lakh.
The new BMW 6 GT was launched early this year at the 2018 Auto Expo with only a petrol engine option. Today BMW have launched the eagerly awaited diesel variant of the 6 GT. The new car is being produced locally and will be available in two trim levels – Luxury Line and M Sport.
Under the hood the 630d Gran Turismo is powered by a 3.0-litre TwinPower turbo inline-six cylinder engine which produces 265 PS and 620 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through the eight-speed automatic gearbox. The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in a claimed 6.1 seconds and onwards to a limited top speed of 250 km/h.

BMW 630d Luxury Line – Rs 66.50 lakh
BMW 630d M Sport – Rs 73.70 lakh
Along with the launch of the diesel 6 Series Gran Turismo they have also unveiled a new variant of the 630i GT – the 630i Luxury Line priced at Rs 61.80 lakh.
