LAND ROVER
Range Rover Evoque
The new Evoque was running around with a camo front bumper and, in Geneva, all was revealed. The Evoque gets a re-styled front bumper and air-dam, but the big news is the introduction of the new Ingenium line of diesel engines, replacing the old 2.2-litre units. The 2.0-litre eD4 and TD4 make 150 and 180 PS respectively. There’s also the 2.0-litre Si4 turbo-petrol with 240 PS, which continues unchanged. Another bit of good news is that the service interval is now longer: 33,750 km, up from 25,000 km.
Kahn Flying Huntsman
Fancy a Defender 110 with more power and two more wheels, delivering performance over and above the incredible 4×4 ability already on offer? This is the one you need. Powered by a GM LS3 V8 motor making between 400 and 450 PS and a lot of torque, the Huntsman gets six powered wheels and off-road ability to rival, well, the Mercedes-AMG G63 6×6. Except, this one is British, with an American motor, and has been fettled by Kahn.
