Ford India strengthen their position in Delhi, Haryana and National Capital (NCR) regions, by opening two showrooms and two service facilities under the Tanish Ford banner.
Ford expanded their base with the aim of increasing their sales volumes and provide their customers with better service facilities. Tanish Ford opened the new showrooms in Sector 15 and Subhash Chowk. These new showrooms display the company’s newest range of products which includes the Figo Aspire, new Figo and the new EcoSport.
Apart from the showrooms, Tanish Ford also opened two service facilities one in Sector 37 and the other in Wazirabad, to ensure good after-sales service to their customers. The new service facilities also offer their customers Ford’s ‘Happy Pocket Service’ with a fixed rate of Rs 2,199 for scheduled services.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Stephen Odell, executive vice president; Elina Ford, vice president; and Nigel Harris, President and Managing Director, Ford India.
Ford’s India-wide expansion didn’t stop there, a they also increased their footprint in the Maharashtra and Goa by appointing Autoji Ford Parts as their exclusive distributor in this region. The operations will be carried out from a massive 2000 sq. ft. facility in the Chinchwad region of Pune, which were inaugurated by N Prabhu, VP, Ford Customer Service Operations, who spoke at event, saying, “As we introduce new products and bring more customers to Ford fold, we are committed to ensure convenience and easy availability of genuine spare parts. With the continued expansion of our retail distribution network, we will be closer to our customers by ensuring a reliable and improved customer experience.”
That’s not all either, because Ford plan to continue this growth, with Gujarat, Rajasthan and East India all part of the plan for distribution of genuine parts in the near future.
