Chevrolet ready to launch sedan with a facelift and refreshed hatchback
IN JUNE THIS YEAR NOT only will the monsoon be coming with gusto, so will Chevrolet India.
Chevrolet India will be launching a new version of their popular vehicles, the Cruze and Spark.
The new Cruz has been given a fresh dose of style to set it apart from the rest. The proposed design changes will include a re-designed front bumper with triangular fog lamp housings, horizontal slats instead of the earlier honeycomb design for the front grille, new alloy wheels and a re-designed rear seat for improved headroom. Though these are only cosmetic changes, the company also plans to launch a more powerful version of the car some time in 2013.
Chevrolet Spark with a facelift in the next few months. The 2012 Spark will borrow design cues from the Spark EV (electric vehicle) that was displayed at the 2010 Auto Expo. The exterior changes would include re-profi led headlamps, honeycomb grille and new front and rear bumpers. This should help the company to attract more customers for the small hatchback.
