Maruti has launched a special edition of its popular Alto K10, christened the Knight Racer.
Exterior changes include Knight Racer body graphics, a rear roof spoiler, body side moulding, new wheel covers, and a left side wing mirror. Changes to the interior comprise a rear parcel tray, a JVC MP3 music system with USB, a steering wheel cover, and fabric seat covers.
Mechanically, the car remains identical to the standard K10, powered by a three-cylinder one-litre engine with a maximum power output of 67.9 PS and a peak torque of 90 Nm.
The new Knight Racer edition represents good value for the customer as all the new features are available at a premium of just INR 13,490. It is a timely launch that should promote customer interest in the car, especially in the traditionally slow month of December.
