Audi recently took the wraps off the RS Q3, the fastest ever iteration of the Q3. The RS Q3 is equipped with a potent 2.5-litre, five-cylinder, turbo-charged motor that produces a massive 310 PS of power and 420 Nm of torque.
Audi have mated this five-cylinder motor to their trusted seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission that delivers power to all the four wheels. Audi claim that this combination of a powerful engine and gearbox is capable of propelling the RS Q3 from standstill to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds and its top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
The RS Q3 will be part of the company’s display at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show, where further details such as the launch date and price are likely to be revealed. Will it come to India? Well, that is still unclear, but if the company decides to do so, it will probably be the fastest compact luxury SUV in it’s segment.
