The 400th Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom has been inaugurated.

With this 400th showroom, Maruti Suzuki’s total sales network has crossed 2,940 touch points across more than 1860 towns.

Maruti Suzuki Arena was introduced less than two years ago and is now present in 278 towns across the country offering a modern and hospitable car retail experience. Digital interaction is the key differentiator at Maruti Suzuki Arena showrooms. Customers can explore and personalize the entire product portfolio through large interactive product vision touch screens and a dedicated personalization zone. And that’s not all! Information is shared digitally through hand-held devices for relationship managers to address customer’s query comprehensively.

We launched Maruti Suzuki Arena with a strategy to transform our network and meet expectations of young, dynamic and evolved Indian customers. It is an important step in our journey of transformation. In less than two years, we have opened the 400th Arena showroom. This transformation is built on continuous research, listening to the customer and anticipating future trends. The effort is to align with ever-evolving customers and offer experiences at par with global benchmarks.” said Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki India Limited on the occasion.

The company progressively targets on extending the Maruti Suzuki Arena experience to customers across its three retail channels – Arena, Nexa and Commercial.
