Tata Motors recently inaugurated a new look flagship showroom in Mumbai to create a superior customer experience with a human-machine interface and contemporary styling.
The newly renovated showroom is spread across an area of 4,400 sq ft with new identity signage at the 100+ sq ft exterior frontage. The showroom includes a luxurious customer lounge area, children’s play area, video walls for customers to configure their cars using tablet PCs, Wi-Fi connectivity, a café, and a revamped display area for accessories and lifestyle merchandising. Company officials announced that the new look would be extended to other showrooms as well as part of more customer-centric initiatives over the next 12-18 months.
