It’s a small crossover which means big business, because this is the car which will take on Nissan’s cash-cow overseas, the Qashqai. Derived from KAD-JAR, ‘KAD’ meaning ‘quad’, pointing to its go-anywhere ability, and ‘JAR’ referring to ‘jaillir’ in French for ‘agile’. Either way, the bold lines and styling and very contemporary design make it a very interesting prospect. India-bound? We hope.
