First pictures and details of the Ferrari FF
The red factory from Maranello will soon have a new stallion in its stable and a new chapter in its history. The Italian approach to what Quattro, xDrive or 4Matic are for the Germans.

Ferrari have a four-seater superhatch under development with their first four-wheel drive system! Designed by Peninfarina, the Ferrari FF, wherein the two Fs stand for ‘Ferrari four (four seater, four wheel driven)’ will be a two-door hatchback driven by a 6.3-litre V12 engine generating 660 PS of raw power and 683 Nm of torque. The FF will be the most powerful four-seater Ferrari yet and even with a power-to-weight ratio of 368.71 PS/Ton, the AWD system will make it more usable by improving power delivery, though at the price of reduced wheel spins and tail outs. Ferrari claim a top speed of 335 km/h and a 0-100 km/h dash in 3.7 seconds, which are phenomenal figures even in the times of the Bugatti Veyron. The FF will be launched in the first half of March this year at the Geneva Motor Show. With the opening of the Indian subsidiary of Ferrari on the cards, it won’t be unrealistic to expect the latest exotica to feature in their Indian catalogue.
