To be priced lower than the Palio
Fiat is now looking to manufacture small cars, effectively priced lower than that of the Palio.
These small vehicles would be in the range of Rs. 4 lakh and is sure to give rival auto companies like Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai Motors some competition. The vehicle in question which is expected to have an engine capacity of only 1 litre is in progress as of now and it is hoped that Fiat will announce its launch by end of next year. Besides this car, a new Fiat 500 with Bharat Stage IV engine will also get underway later this year.
